Shari Steele is the proud President and Owner of Shari’s Children Academy. With a deep passion for early childhood education and a lifelong commitment to helping children thrive, Shari created the Academy to be more than just a child care center. Shari brings 12 years of experience in child development and leadership, blending professional expertise with genuine care for every family who walks through the doors. Her vision is rooted in the belief that children learn best when they feel loved, respected, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Under Shari’s leadership, the Academy has become known for its warm environment, engaging curriculum, and strong partnership with families. In addition to her work at the Academy, Shari is a serial entrepreneur, realtor, bail bondsman, and e-commerce business owner. Her diverse background reflects her determination, resourcefulness, and commitment to creating opportunities for both families and the community.
